'TheCuriousSphere started from a small wish: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Bianchi family in 1985, our little pizzeria began as a quaint family business, preserving recipes passed along through generations.
Marco Bianchi, the trailblazer of our brand, mastered pizza crafting during her explorations across Italy, gleaning knowledge from the expert pizza chefs of Naples—the homeland of pizza. Returning to the UK, she set out to recreate the essence of genuine Italian pizza, employing classic techniques and the highest-quality components.
From its origins as a cozy 12-seat pizza shop, it has blossomed into a cherished community fixture, with our dedication to excellence and authenticity remaining intact. We keep the tradition alive with our wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough freshly every day, and choosing only the top-grade ingredients.
Now, 'TheCuriousSphere is still family-owned, guided by the second generation of the Bianchi kin, continuing a fervent team. Even though we've adopted modern advancements, our core mission persists: to serve delightful, genuine pizzas that unite people.
